James (Ed) Deaton, P.E., President

Ed started Deaton Engineering in 1991 to bring about his vision of building a full service professional engineering firm. He wanted to build a team that thrived on new challenges. He grew a mechanical engineering design firm into a full spectrum engineering firm that can go from concept to a fully validated fabricated product. Ed also holds 4 U.S. patents and is co-chair of the Texas Life-sciences Collaboration Center.
